WBS has always endeavoured to push the boundaries and be at the forefront of bringing new technology and support to its customers.
WBS offers our customers a Remote Support Service. Our fully trained technicians can literally access a computer from a remote location in order to resolve any software problems that the customer may be experiencing. All that is needed is an Internet connection.
Our Technician will ask the client to initiate remote support by simply selecting "support" from the dropdown box in the support section of our website - Remore Support
Remote support is primarily used for fault diagnosis and quick fix options.
